Returns

Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt, in line with the EU cooling-off period (Directive 2011/83/EU). Return items in their original packaging where possible; the refund may be reduced if the piece shows signs of use beyond what is needed to inspect it.
Notify us at care.eu@lindeza.shop before sending.
All return packages must have a tracking number; without one we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost.
Refunds processed within 2 working days of receipt; up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account.
Return-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds do not include the original shipping cost.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
