Shipping
We ship our products within the European Union from Czech Republic, including Switzerland, Norway, and Monaco. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after purchase. As soon as your order has been dispatched and shipped you will receive a tracking number.
We have no control over shipping services and can‘t influence their working processes. Once the item has been shipped, the logistics provider is held responsible for shipped items.
If the customer was unable to pick up a package, and the goods were returned to the sender, re-sending is carried out at the expense of the client. The second shipment is paid a second time.
Please note that for all countries shipping costs are non-refundable.
Taxes and Custom fees
All taxes, duties, and customs fees for shipments to the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, and Monaco are covered by us. This means there will be no additional costs upon delivery.
For other countries outside European Union, Switzerland, Norway and Monaco taxes are not included.
Refusing to Pay Customs:
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Refunds
Please notify us by sending an email to Lindeza.int@gmail.com so we could monitor and ensure a successful arrival of returning package.
All returning packages must have a tracking number and have a new label created on a package for the return address. If the returning package doesn’t have a tracking number, we cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing on its return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect the items inside.
Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from when we have received your items. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
The costs of the return shipment is paid by a customer.
Refund does not include shipping price that was paid, if the shipping has been done.
We can‘t proceed the refund before the arrival of the returned package.

Return of broken or defective item(s)
You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item.
We don’t provide warranty against physical or accidental wear or accidental damage.
Exchange
We are unable to offer an exchange. Once the items are received back at our facility, the returned items will be automatically refunded. If you need a different item, size, or color, you will need to place a new order.
Order changes
We are unable to offer any order changes if the order has been placed. If you need a different item, size, color, we kindly ask you to initiate an order cancellation. Subsequently, you can place a new order with the desired specifications
Please note that, unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments for multiple orders placed by the same customer. Each order will be processed and shipped individually.
