Shipping
- We ship within the European Union from the Czech Republic, including Switzerland, Norway, and Monaco.
- Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after purchase.
- Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number.
- We have no control over the shipping service's working processes; once dispatched, the logistics provider is responsible for the package.
- If a customer is unable to pick up a package and it's returned to us, re-sending is at the client's expense including the second shipping fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Taxes & duties
Taxes and duties for shipments within the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and Monaco are already included. No additional fees on delivery.
Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt, in line with the EU cooling-off period (Directive 2011/83/EU). Return items in their original packaging where possible; the refund may be reduced if the piece shows signs of use beyond what is needed to inspect it.
- Notify us at care.eu@lindeza.shop before sending.
- All return packages must have a tracking number; without one we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost.
- Refunds processed within 2 working days of receipt; up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account.
- Return-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds do not include the original shipping cost.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
